This scheme covers four aspects:

Hands-on Experience
Through interacting with professionals who work as drummers in Hong Kong, learning drumming techniques systematically and performing on stage, students are able to explore beyond the academic sphere and become more confident. The instructors teach students not only drumming techniques, but also introduce them to the historical background of drumming, terminology and music theory, which help broaden their knowledge and deepen their understanding of drumming culture.

Team Building
The training on drumming techniques is a solid base for playing as a team. Students will be taught ways to present oneself and each other at the same time, displaying united group coordination, confidence and harmony in performances.

Body Movement
Apart from the music and rhythm training, part of the workshops will be led by a choreographer who guides students to use body gesture and stick trick movement to create a unique performance style on stage.

Achievements Sharing
Students will participate in the joint school finale performance at professional performance venue to share their learning outcomes with the public.

香港國際鼓手節將為每間參與學校評估最適合的訓練種 類:「套鼓 + 鼓樂隊」または「鼓樂隊」
計劃內容
計劃旨在培養學生對「套鼓×鼓樂隊」文化的興趣。鼓樂導師會教 導學生調校自作練習板。 Style)の演出モード制作練習。
本計劃涵蓋四大要點:
「身體驗」
透過與在香港從事鼓手工作的專業人交流、有系統地學習擊鼓技巧以及在台上作結業演出，學生有機會探索學術領域以外有關表演藝術的事物，並能培養他們成為もっと有能な人計劃幫助學生發展潛能，並加深他們對發展成為專業樂師的認識。 。
「肢體動作」
音樂節節奏の訓練を除けば、一部課堂には編舞家一同與、引導參與同學は身構えと動作を利用し、獨特の舞台演説風格を創作する。
「團精神隊」
鼓樂技巧訓練は團隊演奏の基礎。
「共有成果」
學生將參與校內結業演出，與師生と家長分享他們全年的學習成果。
計劃為期11個月,由每學年9月から下年7月分三個 階段進行:
1. 校內鼓樂示範
為引起學生對鼓樂及び本計劃的興趣,藝團會安排專業鼓手到參與學校示範異音樂種類的鼓樂,並邀請同學即場參與節奏遊戲。
2.工作坊(25節)
視乎學校施設実施及參與同學情況而定,藝團會對參與學校進行評估,並與校方達成協議,選択以下其中一項訓練種類:
鼓樂隊
鼓隊は、通常、操舵を伴う一部である。低音鼓、高音鼓、鐃鈸など。
鼓樂隊 + 套鼓
這い項訓練會在鼓樂隊的基礎上加一套套鼓, 個別學生將被挑選, 隊中擔任演奏套鼓的角色。
3. 結業演出
參與同學經評論後，成績理想之同學將邀請聯校音樂會中作公開公開，將全年的學成果習與師生及び家長分享。
為讓同學進一步接觸來自世界的頂級鼓手及欣賞其鼓藝,部分參與同學將有機會獲得香港國際鼓手節其他音樂會節目または大師班門票,詳情有待藝團再作安排。
